I am a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with Doctiplus in Tampa, Florida, and I focus on the provision of patient-centered and caring care to older adults. My areas of concern are promotion of healthy aging, management of chronic conditions, and enhancement of life quality of older adults. I also collaborate with patients and families in order to develop the individualized care plans that meet the special needs of the aging community.
Working with Doctiplus will make it possible to provide holistic care that will help me in making my patients stay healthy, both physiologically and emotionally. I am also of the belief that I should be able to develop strong relationships with my patients in order to enable them to play an active role in their health and to make sure they get the best care possible as they grow older.
I will ensure that I remain abreast of the recent developments and studies related to geriatric care to offer the best treatments and care plans.
